About Us

Arizona Villas - The Company

Arizona Villas was established in 1990 and has been under the same management and ownership since then. Arizona Villas firmly believes in quality, which you will find is reflected throughout the homes and in the service provided.

The company owns all of the homes featured. None are privately owned which ensures the continuation of the highest standards.

For the convenience of its European customers, Arizona Villas has a sales agent based in Manchester, England so that payments can be made locally in Pounds if required. We accept payments in Pounds and Dollars by credit card or personal cheque.

We provide all our UK clients with a unique travel pack prior to their rental. This provides a comprehensive guide to area attractions, restaurants, shops, golf courses as well as suggestions for exploring the state.

Arizona Villas - The Homes

The homes are all located in select areas of the valley of the Sun. All are convenient for local amenities - golf, tennis, shops, restaurants and are ideally situated as a perfect base for exploring the state.

•All are luxuriously appointed and furnished by an interior designer in the style of the Southwest.

All homes have a private rear garden, completely secluded in attractively landscaped gardens, surrounded by a 6 ft wall. The pools are open-aired without the need for unsightly bug netting - another benefit of Arizona's beautiful dry climate.

Every house is comprehensively equipped, for example bedding, linens, towels, fully equipped kitchens, all have two TVs. VCR, CD player and telephone answering service.
